Pictographs were used as the earliest known form ofwriting, examples having been discovered in Egypt and Mesopotamia from before 3000 bc. The picture shown below is describing many signs that have their own significate or meaning!







                                                              REBUS!!

|A puzzle in which words are represented by combinations of pictures and individual letters; for instance, apex might be represented by a picture of an ape followed by a letter X. 
The picture below is showing a message that don't need to be letters to understand the message or meaning! obviously it's showing the phrase I Love You!
